Online lessons with a highly experienced, qualified and DBS checked teacher. I have nearly thirty years of experience working in state primary and secondary schools in England. Thanks to the wonders of the internet and the vast range of amazing teaching resources out there, I now work happily from home. I offer a range of subjects online for primary school children in need of a challenge or a boost or for those being home schooled.

International Children
I can also tailor these lessons towards the needs of native / near-native speakers of English who are being educated in other countries and in other languages.
As a child, I lived in England and in France, so I have a particular awareness of international children’s experience in education. I know how apparent fluency can mask significant gaps, especially in bright children. I am also very aware of how tricky it can be to keep a child or young teenager’s language level in line with their age when their exposure to English is limited.
